Delivery & Refunds
All orders are sent via Royal Mail for first-class delivery. This may take 1-3 working days, with most orders arriving the next day.
Your order must be placed before Monday 8pm to be baked and sent by Thursday, so they arrive in time for the weekend!
We have a 14-day full refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a refund, or for any refund enquiries you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for any of our items due to their being perishable goods, however we will offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with your product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
